First and foremost, I would like to thank you for your patience and understanding. I hope you're all staying safe and healthy.
For some orders placed before April (before every country's postal service in the world suddenly stopped accepting packages from Korea), they have been returning to our office. We also had to pay for returned shipment fees:(. It's been a logistical nightmare for us behind the scenes.
We also had to change courier to a more expensive one but this also meant more problems. Apart from the US, Hong Kong, Singapore and a few other countries, most countries' customs office have been strict. Some customs officers started charging outrageous amounts to our members. Obviously, our members were upset. And some blamed us even though we don't make anything out of the taxes. We were equally frustrated.
Sadly, we've made the tough decision to temporarily stop taking new orders from most countries (mostly European countries) until the post office resumes. We still don't know when. For some of our current members (we'll contact you), we'll have to cancel and refund.
We sincerely hope you understand. I know it's tough for everyone. It's been tough for us too. We hope things get back to normal soon.
