Shipping Schedule for Non-subscription Orders
Non-subscription orders generally ship within 2 weeks of order.
Existing Members’ (who have received at least one box) Shipping Schedule:
Spring - first half of March
Summer - first half of June
Fall - first half of September
Winter - first half of December
Spring - end of March

We use DHL* to ship your Daebak Box. To most countries worldwide, it generally takes between 1 to 5 business days after leaving Korea. Customs clearance, weather delays, and other factors may sometimes cause delays. If you do not receive your order 2 weeks after receiving your tracking information, please contact our Customer Care Team.
*For Daebak Family members in the United Kingdom, we ship via Korea Post.
**For non-subscription orders, we ship mostly via Korea Post and generally takes between 7 to 20 business days after shipment.
Our items are generally not taxed in most countries. Due to the complexity of international tax laws, the following are not included in the total price: customs fees, taxes, and other expenses. Payment of these additional expenses is the responsibility of the customer upon receiving the package and we are in no way responsible. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's customs office for inspection. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges.
Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes. *Please contact your local post office or customs office for more detailed and precise information on taxes. (Google is a great resource for this information.)
Customs clearance: Pick-up may be required due to customs clearance quarantine depending on the country and customs office.
NOTE: Returns due to complaints about extra taxes during the clearance process will not be accepted.
