Jungkook's Workout Routine

1. 100 Squats

First up on the list is 100 squats. We told you it wouldn't be easy! Sit back and keep your knees behind your toes as you squat down. Like Jungkook, you can extend your arms in front of you for added balance. Make sure to stay hydrated as you push through this opening burner, because it sets the tempo for the rest of the circuit.

2. 30 Reps Of An Ab Workout

Next is 30 reps of an ab workout. Jungkook didn't specify which ab workout to do, so you can choose your favourite. Crunches, leg raises, or bicycle kicks all work. Use slow, controlled motions without straining your neck if you want abs like the maknae. Why not press play on your favourite BTS album while you grind through this set to keep the energy high?

3. 2 Sets Of 20 Lunges

Now it is time for 2 sets of 20 lunges. Step forward, drop your back knee toward the floor, and push back up through your front heel. Alternate legs and keep your core engaged the whole time. Are you feeling the burn yet? Lunges are deceptively simple, but they hit your glutes, quads, and hamstrings all at once, which is part of why Jungkook keeps them in the rotation.

4. 1-Minute Plank

For the plank, you will need to time yourself. Get into a forearm plank position with your elbows under your shoulders, keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, and squeeze your core. Sixty seconds sounds short until you are in it. Focus on quality posture instead of just surviving the clock, because that is what builds the stage-ready core Jungkook is known for.

5. 1-Minute Side Plank On Each Side

Almost there. It is time for 1-minute side planks on each side, the penultimate exercise before you finish Jungkook's routine. Stack your feet, prop yourself on one forearm, and lift your hips so your body forms a straight diagonal line. Switch sides after a minute. Your obliques will be screaming, but that side core strength is exactly what supports tight choreography.

6. 15 Burpees

Finish the workout off strong with 15 burpees. From a standing position, drop into a squat, kick your feet back into a plank, do a push-up if you can, jump your feet back in, and explode up into a jump. Burpees are a full-body grand finale that test cardio, strength, and willpower all at once. Take another sip of water before you begin (pun intended).
