Ever wondered how BTS’ Jungkook stays fit and healthy? The kpop idol recently shared his workout routine with BTS fans, which requires no equipment and can easily be done at home or on the go! Jungkook is rightfully known as a “muscle bunny,” so follow along with his workout routine in this guide…But be warned that it won’t be easy!

Jungkook’s Workout Routine

1. 100 Squats

First up on the list is 100 squats… I told you it wouldn’t be easy! Don’t forget to stay hydrated with this BTS FOR YOUTH Tumbler! The stainless-steel tumbler features lyrics of “For Youth,” which will surely motivate you to complete this first exercise!

2. 30 Reps Of An Ab Workout

Next is 30 reps of an ab workout. Jungkook didn’t specify which ab workout to do, so you can choose your favourite ab workout! And on that note, why not listen to your favourite BTS album whilst you complete this exercise, such as BTS’ album PROOF! 3. 2 Sets Of 20 Lunges

Now time for 2 sets of 20 lunges! Are you feeling the burn yet?

4. 1-minute Plank

For this 1-minute plank exercise, you will need to time yourself. Why not do this in the correct BTS fashion with this TinyTAN Butter Animation Clock? It will also make sure you wake up on time to complete this workout again tomorrow ;).

5. 1-minute Side Plank On Each Side

Almost there! It’s time for 1-minute side planks on each side…the penultimate workout before you’ve finished Jungkook’s workout routine!

6. 15 Burpees

Finish the workout off strong with 15 burpees! Before you ‘Begin’ (pun intended), take another sip of water from the Proof Tumbler mentioned earlier!
