  1. Processing: Upon your placement of order, allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) for the system to process it.

  2. Brand fulfillmentOur team operates from South Korea and offers guaranteed authentic items to our customers. We source our products from direct suppliers dependent on the volume of the demand to fulfill the request. After confirming, they will ship the items from our fulfillment center. This step may take up to 30 business days; please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. Moreover, the order processing time is based on the longest processing time for orders with more than one item.
  1. ShippingOur company strives to deliver high-quality items in perfect condition. Thus after receiving the items, we check each and ensure its quality and that it can travel safely across the globe without a dent or scratch. Once your products are ready, we will ship them out using international courier, DHL, Fedex, or Koreapost, and ship them out within the day or after the label is printed. Cancellation is impossible at this step as products are ready to ship. This step takes 10-40 days or more, including delivery, depending on the shipping method and your country of residence.

    The timeframe we provide for delivery is only an estimated average based on our data. You might experience an unforeseen delay which can vary depending on your order (size, weight, stocks). Different factors may also affect your order, such as shipping delays or customs. In all cases, you can track your order at any time.

  2. Notification: After shipment, you will receive a notification via email or text with a tracking number (multiple tracking numbers if orders will be shipped in multiple packages). After you receive your tracking number, please allow 1 to 3 days for the tracking to be updated. If you do not receive your package 4-6 weeks after receiving your tracking information, please contact our customer team via email at hello@daebak.co or send us a DM on our social media pages.

Additional notes:

  • Shipping CostsOur system calculates the shipping cost during the checkout process. The price depends on your shipping option, the delivery destination, and the weight of the package. Please note that we tend to divide a shipment into separate packages due to the increased risk of damage for oversized and heavy orders if required. 
  • Occasionally, there may be out-of-stock products upon checking with our partners. In this case, we’ll contact you separately and give you a full refund.
  • For high-demand products (e.g. K-pop albums), there could be unexpected delays.
  • If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole package will start processing after the initial release date and be shipped out once pre-order items are available.
  • Editing orders (remove, add) should be done within the next 2-5 business days after the order has been successfully placed. Requests after the order has been shipped will would be automatically declined - for these cases, you may contact the shipping company directly to request for package rerouting.
  • For incomplete orders on your package with packing slip marked as X, please send us a message so we can process the refunds for the items that were not included.


Shipping Delays and Possible Failed Delivery

  • There may be shipping delays if your package is subjected to customs clearance.
  • You are liable for submitting the correct shipping address (in English char only), Full Name (not initials) and phone number. We are NOT responsible for undelivered packages due to errors made.

Damages, Dents, Discoloration on Packaging.

  • Please note that the package is shipped across the globe. Minimal scratches and dents are to be expected though the team tries our best to pack the goods and handle them carefully. The outer box/case is simply for protecting the goods. Typically, we do not compensate for this type of damage (scratches, small dents and discoloration). However, we value everyone in the Daebak Fam, thus we will request for photos to be sent and the team will asses the value of compensation (gift card, reshipment, partial or full refund).

Customer and Tax

  • Customs duties may be imposed when the order is received, and the purchaser is responsible for them. Customs duties are taxes imposed on imported goods in your country. By purchasing on our website, you consent that your local government may charge customs duties, which is collected at your order's reception. If you refuse to pay these duties, you will not be able to receive your order.
  • Please check your country’s customs policy before purchase. Depending on your country’s customs and tax policies, there may be additional taxes and fees. We are NOT responsible for any additional charges.
  • Exception to this is UK and CA, as VAT are automatically collected (UK reports are submitted to HMRC).
