    How to Use

    1. Soak in the cooling scarf in water for 3 - 5 minutes
    2. Make the crystals evenly distributed during the hydration process. 
    3. Wear around the neck, forehead, or wrist to keep you cool for several hours.
    (TIP: put your bandana in the freezer for about 5 minutes before wearing to make it colder ^^)

      Care Tips

      1. Do not leave it in the water for more than 5 minutes during the hydration process. It is a non-toxic material and too much hydration makes your bandana life shorter.
      2. For cleaning, rinse off with a couple of drops of shampoo.
      3. Once all water is evaporated, dry it completely and keep it in an airy place.

Once your products are ready, we will be shipping them out using international courier, DHL or K-packet or SF Express and ship them out within the day or after the label is printed. Cancellation would not be possible at this step as products are ready to ship. Shipping takes up to 10 days, including delivery depending on the shipping method and your country of residence.

          4. Notification: After shipment, you will receive a notification via email or text message with a tracking number (multiple tracking numbers if your order is shipped in multiple packages). If you do not receive your package 4 weeks after receiving your tracking information, please contact our customer team at hello@daebak.co.
