i’ve been taking this once a day and i have been seeing improvements in my skin and how I function (my skin looks like its glowing/brighter than before I tried this). I’ve barely seen any reviews on this product other than just cause it’s BTS. So if you’re wondering, this gives you the vitamin C boosts you need and your skin will start to look happier and healthier. You can mix with water but it’s recommended to take without water. Try it out friends! :)
