Responsibilities

1. Content Marketing ( Photo / Video content )

Create, share, and analyze content across multiple media platforms. including social media (IG, TikTok, and YouTube) to introduce Korean culture, brands, and startup trends to a global audience. You'll participate in the full content marketing cycle: from planning and production to performance tracking and audience conversion. Rather than simply posting content, you'll review performance data and help decide what's working and where to take the content next.

2. Brand Promotion ( Newsletter, Social Media )

Promote partner Korean brands to global users through channels such as social media, blogs, magazines, newsletters, and podcasts (Interview people behind brands). You'll help design and execute promotional strategies that strengthen brand awareness and global reach.

3. Surveys & Data Collection

Gather and organize global customer data through surveys and giveaway campaigns. You'll help collect insights on our global audience and turn them into actionable findings that shape our marketing decisions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about Korean culture and digital marketing
  • Fluent or highly proficient in English (strong writing & communication skills)
  • Familiar with marketing tools (video editing, newsletter platforms, survey tools) - or eager to learn
  • Able to focus and work efficiently without distractions
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics, Notion, Newsletter, social content editing
