The 'Busan is Daebak' SNS event, held both online and offline from November 9 to December 8, 2023, aimed to promote Busan's appeal to foreign residents abroad and foreign visitors to Korea, and to enhance its global recognition. Through a social media reposting event and a certification event for visiting the GIMPO Airport promotional booth, the event attracted 264 participants from 18 countries worldwide. Winners received a special Daebak Box containing Busan tourism tickets and coupon books, successfully encouraging actual future visits to Busan.
