Política de cancelamento
Some items in our store are offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
Korea has four distinct seasons, and so do we. A Daebak subscription delivers four boxes a year, one for each season. Your first box ships within 10 days of subscribing. Your payment details are stored securely, and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
Seasonal plan
You are charged one box at a time, at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews each season, and you are charged when the next season's box is due.
Annual plan
The Annual plan is paid in advance. A single payment covers a full year: all four seasonal boxes. It auto-renews once a year, on the anniversary of your first subscription, and you are charged again at that point unless you have cancelled beforehand.
Cancelling or pausing
You can pause or cancel at any time. There is no minimum commitment, no lock-in period, and no cancellation fee.
To take effect, your cancellation must be made before your next renewal date. Once a renewal has been charged, that box is prepared for shipment and the charge stands.
- Pause: put your subscription on hold at any time and resume it whenever you're ready.
- Cancelling the Seasonal plan: cancel before your next season is charged and you won't be billed again.
- Cancelling the Annual plan: because your year is paid in advance, you will still receive all four boxes you have paid for. Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing at the end of that year. It is not a refund of the boxes still to come.
How to cancel or pause
You're in control of your own subscription. Log in to your Daebak account and open the subscription portal, where you can pause, resume, or cancel yourself at any time. Your order confirmation email also contains a link that takes you straight there.
If you'd rather we handle it, email hello@daebak.co with your order number and we'll process it for you. Our team is based in Seoul (KST) and replies within 1 to 2 business days, so if your renewal date is close, cancelling through the portal yourself is the safer option.
Changes to price
If we change the price of a subscription plan, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect, so you have the opportunity to cancel before your next renewal.
Pre-orders
Each seasonal box opens for a limited pre-order window. When you pre-order, you are buying a box that has not yet been packed, and it ships once that season's window closes.
Payment is taken in full at checkout when you place the pre-order.
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the box has shipped, and we will refund you in full. Once the box has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still request a return under our returns policy.

European Union: 14-day cancellation right
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
