Responsibilities

1. UI/UX Design

  • Support UI/UX improvement of Daebak.co, aligning with our branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate on Unbox Korea, our global creator collaboration platform, to enhance user experience and brand visibility.

2. Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Design engaging and culturally inspired visual content (Reels, posts, stories, and digital banners) for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
  • Research visual and cultural trends to develop creative ideas that grow engagement and audience reach.
  • Support the Marketing and Social Media teams with layout and design needs.

3. Product & Print Design

  • Design Daebak Box packaging, magazine layouts, and digital inserts that reflect modern Korean aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive visual storytelling across products and campaigns.

 Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about Korean culture, design, and storytelling
  • Fluent or highly proficient in English (writing & communication) or Korean
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and cultural awareness.
  • Able to manage time efficiently and stay focused during work hours.
