- "Park" worked and studied in Pyongyang before defecting to the U.S. in 2011. He is now studying at a U.S. college.

Author Biography
Daniel Tudor has lived in Seoul for many years and served as Korea Correspondent for The Economist from 2010 - 2013. His first book Korea: The Impossible Country received strong praise and has been translated into many languages. His subsequent book, North Korea Confidential (with James Pearson), was selected by The Economist as one of the best books of 2015.
Andrei Lankov is a Director at NK News and writes exclusively for the site as one of the world's leading authorities on North Korea. A graduate of Leningrad State University, he attended Pyongyang's Kim Il Sung University from 1984-5. In addition to his writing, he is also a Professor at Kookmin University.

Q. When will my subscription box ship?
Our subscription and curated boxes (Daebak Box, Daebak K-Beauty Box, SnackFever, and Collab Box) ship right after a 2–3 business day processing period from the time your order is placed.
Q. How do recurring subscriptions work?
For recurring subscriptions, your next order is automatically created exactly 3 months after your original order date. Once that order is generated, it ships after the same 2–3 business day processing period.
Q. ⚠️ Important: Can I order products from different brands together?
Please order items from the same brand together, and avoid mixing different brands in a single order.
Each Korean brand we carry uses its own shipping carrier, so combining products from different brands in one order may result in higher shipping costs. For example, Brand A may ship via FedEx while Brand B ships via Korea Post, meaning a mixed order is handled as separate shipments.
To keep your shipping costs as low as possible, we recommend placing a separate order for each brand.

Reembolsos
Le notificaremos una vez que hayamos recibido e inspeccionado su declaración, y le informaremos si el reembolso ha sido aprobado o no. Si se aprueba, se te reembolsará automáticamente con tu método de pago original en un plazo de 10 días laborables. Recuerda que puede tardar un tiempo en que tu banco o la compañía de tarjetas de crédito procesen y paguen el reembolso.
