There are many Gimbap variation with veggies, and meat. There is also a Gimbap with ham and cheese perfect for a sunny breakfast. Gimbap is a light and typical dish that is quite affordable and easy to make so you can find this in many restaurants.

3. Haemul Jeongol (Spicy Seafood Stew)

This stew is similar to kimchi jjigae ( a favorite) though it has more ingredients that serve as nutrition alternatives since it has different types of seafood and meat. This stew also serves as an energizer to fight the summer heat.

4. Yukgaejang

This dish is served as spicy beef soup that is very popular among Koreans. It is made with shredded beef, scallions and many vegetables, bean sprouts and mushrooms. Yukgaejang gives quite a lot of flavor that is filling and perfect for lunch or even dinner. This stew can be served to fight summer heat and it is available in many Korean restaurants.

5. Bibim Naengmyeon (Korean Spicy Cold Noodles)

These cold noodles are great for hot summers so many Koreans enjoy this meal quite often on very hot days. It is a combination of cold, spicy and sweet flavors. Since it is served cold it helps relieve the hot temperatures. It is served with shredded ice on top to refresh your soul!

This dish has been really popular and known to many foreigners since BTS members have expressed their go-to dish is Jjajangmyeon. This dish is a signature dish for Korea, it is a delicious black bean sauce noodle. This dish is special because it is typically served on special occasions in Korean households.
