On this page, you'll be able to view your upcoming charge date and other details to your Daebak Subscription (Daebak Premium and Daebak Discovery). For seasonal subscribers, it is scheduled on the same date three months after your initial sign-up. For annual subscribers, it aligns with the following year on the same date.

Please be aware that accessing the subscription page may require a login code sent via SMS. If you haven't added your SMS information to your subscription profile, send us a message, and a member of the Daebak Team will assist you promptly.

We want to bring the best to the Daebak Fam - at the lowest costs possible.Your Daebak Box will be shipped based on the shipping method you selected during sign-up or any available method for your country. Please note that the availability of shipping methods may vary by country.

Annual Members will have priority in shipping. Estimated delivery time frame from South Korea to the destination would take approximately 2-3 weeks and processing for final delivery would take approximately 2 weeks.

In light of the present circumstances, we have experienced some delays in our box deliveries. While we regret any inconvenience this may cause, please note that it may take up to two (2) months for your box to be delivered. We want to assure you that our dedicated team is actively working to resolve this issue. We will keep you uppdated throughout the process and appreciate your patience during this time.

General Process 🔁

1. Processing: Upon your placement of order, allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) for the system to process it.

2. Fulfillment: Our team operates from South Korea and offers guaranteed authentic items to our customers. After confirming your purchase, the order will be shipped. This step may take up to 30+ business days (business days excluded) depending the type of items included in your order.

Moreover, the order processing time is based on the longest processing time for orders with more than one item. Please note that fulfillment may vary per item type. Please check your item type below to learn more about fulfillment process.

3. Packing & Shipping: Our company strives to deliver high-quality items in perfect condition. Thus after receiving the items, we check each and ensure its quality and that it can travel safely across the globe without a dent or scratch. Once your products are ready, we will ship them out using your preffered shipping method (or whatever is available in your country).

Cancellation is impossible at this step as the order is processing to ship. This step takes 2-6 weeks or more, including delivery, depending on the shipping method and your country of residence. The timeframe we provide for delivery is only an estimated average based on our data. You might experience an unforeseen delay which can vary depending on your order (size, weight, stocks). Different factors may also affect your order, such as shipping delays or customs. In all cases, you can track your order at any time by logging in to your Daebak Account.

4. Notification: After shipment, you will receive a notification via email or text with a tracking number (multiple tracking numbers if orders will be shipped in multiple packages). After you receive your tracking number, please allow 1 - 3 days for the tracking to be updated on your order. If you do not receive your package 6-8 weeks after receiving your tracking information, please contact our customer team via email at hello@daebak.co or send us a DM on our social media pages.

5. Customs Duties: This may be imposed when the order is received, and the purchaser is responsible for them. Customs duties are taxes imposed on imported goods in your country. By purchasing on our website, you consent that your local government may charge customs duties, which is collected at your order's reception. If you refuse to pay these duties, you will not be able to receive your order. Please check your country’s customs policy before purchase. Depending on your country’s customs and tax policies, there may be additional taxes and fees. We are NOT responsible for any additional charges. Exception to this is UK and CA, as VAT are automatically collected (UK reports are submitted to HMRC).

Additional Notes 🚨

1. Shipping Costs - Our system calculates the shipping cost during the checkout process. The price depends on your shipping option, the delivery destination, and the weight of the package. Please note that we tend to divide a shipment into separate packages due to the increased risk of damage for oversized and heavy orders if required.

2. Editing orders (remove, add) - This should be done within the next 2-5 business days after the order has been successfully placed. Requests after the order has been shipped will would be automatically declined - for these cases, you may contact the shipping company directly to request for package rerouting.

3. Shipped via Cargo Shipping - Kindly be aware that if your order is dispatched through cargo shipping, individual shipping labels are pre-printed in advance. The shipments are consolidated and sent to your local forwarding facility to facilitate the individual shipping of orders. Please note that this process may extend the processing period by an additional 2 weeks, as it may undergo customs clearance before reaching its final destination. Your understanding during this extended timeline is greatly appreciated.

Please note that there are possible extra charges or unforeseen delays if several item types are combined in one-order.

Applicable to Daebak Merch

1. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs may vary based on the item type. Please be aware that additional charges may apply if multiple item types are combined in a single order.

2. Fulfillment: Daebak Merch and any off-site fulfilled brand merch are crafted on a made-to-order basis. Production begins after you place the order, and the process may take up to 30 business days, influenced by material availability and seasonal demand. During busy seasons, processing times may be extended. Your understanding is appreciated.

3. Editing Orders (Remove, Add): Order edits, such as removing or adding items, must be requested within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. Send your edit requests to hello@daebak.co. Please note that we cannot accommodate returns due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size after this timeframe.

Requests made after the order has been shipped will be automatically declined. In such cases, please contact the shipping company directly for any rerouting inquiries.

4. Shipping: Orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturer. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the regional facility, with a maximum of 30 business days. Your patience is appreciated as we work to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Refunds and Returns

We want to provide the best shopping experience to our Daebak Company members and customers, and our return policy supports our goal. If you are unsatisfied with our products or your purchases do not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return policy. While we hope it does not come to that, returns happen, and we fully understand you. Read our policy to know more about what you need to do and what we can do to help you.

Returns Policy

1. If the products are missing or incorrect, we got you! We also welcome returns of non-faulty items as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but you are responsible for the delivery fee (within North America Region only).

For missing items or items not included in your order, you should be able to see a note in your shipping label. Please make sure to keep them and/or take a photo of it.

2. We understand your busy schedules, so please send your return requests 14 days from the delivery date. We do not cater return requests past 14 days for non-faulty items. If you receive damaged and defective items, we want to work on them without delay! Report the issue to us 7 days from the delivery date. We do not cater return requests for damaged and defective items past 7 days.

If the products received are damaged and unusable, kindly send us photos and videos of the items, and our team will assist you. We offer a reshipment or refund option—no need to send back the items! If you receive defective items, the manufacturer will assess the situation and work with our team to give you the best solution.

If the manufacturer requests a return, send it back to us, and we will reimburse your delivery fee! Choose between a refund or reshipment. The manufacturer may also provide additional information to return the defective items. Our team will provide you with the instructions. The photos and videos help our team assess the situation of your products and provide the best solutions for you.

3. We also have the right to deny any return and exchange. We do not reimburse the original shipping costs and customs fees. We only refund the delivery fees of the returned items according to the conditions stated for non-faulty, missing, incorrect, defective, and damaged items. Please note that we only accept return requests for unused and unopened products. Returned products must be in good condition - once received, this will be reviewed by our team for product assesment. If it pass, we will refund immediately. We do not accept damaged or used products.

4. How to Send a Return Request? Our team does its best to answer return requests soon as possible. Here are the steps and information we need to process your request smoothly. Contact us via email at hello@daebak.co. Write your order number, full name, and the email address associated with your account. Add images and videos of the product/s that show your item concerns. Write additional details about your return request so our team will provide the best solution and assistance you need.

Refunds Policy

1. Refund as Shop credit: No processing fee.

2. Refund to original payment method: $5.99 per order. (Due to Shopify transaction fee) Please note that we don't charge for cases such as missing, damaged, out-of-stock and defective item.

3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. E-gift cards, Idol Chasims or any online currency our shop offers are non-refundable but can be converted to shop credits.

4. Important Note: For lost packages, claim is only available for 1 month after the package has been shipped. After the tracking number has expired, we can no longer compensate for any lost packages.
