1. Devil by the Window

The first track on TXT's The Name Chapter TEMPTATION album is Devil by the Window, with its Korean title 자정의 창가에서 만난 악마의 목소리는 달콤했다 translating to The devil's voice was sweet when I met him by the window at midnight. This is the only wholly English track on the album. The song's melody gives a mischievous and almost sinister vibe, only to transition to a dream-like melody at the mention of dreaming, which evokes a lighter feeling while listening.

The song describes the guys' internal struggle of listening to the devil as he tells them to Dream On, playing into the overall theme of The Name Chapter TEMPTATION album of wanting to stay in a space where they can embrace their youth and relish in the freedom of being able to dream as far as their dreams take them.

2. Sugar Rush Ride

Sugar Rush Ride is the highly anticipated title track of TXT's The Name Chapter TEMPTATION album and the second song on the album. Their first teaser for the song was a dreamy visual of the members resting against a tree accented by Soobin's ethereal vocals.

TXT's second teaser for Sugar Rush Ride gave fans more of a test of the melody of the song with elegant visuals of the members running through the forest as well as a peek at the choreography.

The official music video for Sugar Rush Ride shows TXT waking up on the beach after an apparent train wreck. The video goes on to show their journey through a faraway land. The song playfully hints at how much they desire to be with their "sugar" and how it gives them a euphoric sugar rush.

3. Happy Fools (feat. Coi Leray)

Before The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION was released, both Coi Leray and TXT teased fans with slight nods to each other on social media that left everyone confused but also intrigued that there was a collaboration between them to come.

Happy Fools gives off the vibe of one of those classic Korean r&b songs that anyone can vibe to when they need an anthem to get their mood up. Coi Leray adds her clever rhymes to the track and her vocals to the chorus alongside the guys. The song drives home the idea that sometimes our happiest times are when we don't have anything to worry about except living life to the fullest.

4. Tinnitus

Tinnitus is the English title for their song 돌멩이가 되고 싶어, which translates to Wanna Be A RockTinnitus is a medical condition characterized by ringing in the ears. The track boasts an afro-Caribbean beat that makes you just want to get up and dance, which makes the melancholy lyrics of wanting to just be a rock instead of a rockstar a bit surprising.

In this track, Tinnitus refers to the silence of being lonely and that empty feeling of not knowing what to do with your life, filled with a buzzing sound.

5. Farewell, Neverland

The last song on the The Name Chapter TEMPTATION album is 네버랜드를 떠나며, which loosely translates to Farewell, Neverland. This song is an acoustic masterpiece as the foundation of the melody highlights the sweet strumming of an acoustic guitar, which only compliment the somber but explosive vocals of all the members. This song is fittingly the album's last song as it represents the members' reluctance to leave their youth, which has been their home for so long.

The Name Chapter TEMPTATION album is arguably one of TXT's most introspective albums. With playful vocals and astonishing melodies to represent their youth, accented by impish lyrics and dramatic chord progressions to show the members' resistance to leaving Neverland and growing up.

The Name Chapter TEMPTATION album is an ingenious way to signify that Tomorrow x Together is about to step into a new era that requires them to leave their old friend Peter Pan and accept the life of growing up awaiting them.
