HOW TO APPLY
1. The exfoliating pad acts as heel support.
2. Cover the heel and exfoliation pads with the included protection and fix them with a sticker.
- Make sure that the "Heel" area goes to the heel when using the guard.

3. Remove the pad and wash off with lukewarm water.
