Jin Bibim Noodles is a refreshing cold dish made with somyeon (very thin wheat noodles) with a special sweet and spicy sauce made of pear, apple, and radish that is sure to awaken your senses and goes well with the chewy noodles. This is enjoyed especially during summer season.

How to Prepare:

• Boil around 600ml of water.
• Once the water boils, add the noodles.
• Boil noodles for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
• When the noodles are well boiled, take them out, place them on a sieve, and wash them with cold water.
• Add spicy liquid seasoning and sesame garnish seasoning.
• After mixing the noodles and seasonings well, add cucumber or eggs according to your preference.
