Add-On and Delivery Announcement

To our valued Daebak family and subscribers:

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding with the delivery delays of your items. 

The Daebak Company works to give our customers the best experience and authentic Korean items. With the increase in export fees, increase in prices of the goods and all other resources, we shifted our delivery system to Cargo Shipments for our Winter Box and Past Daebak Boxes deliveries. We wish to retain our current pricing and not let the Daebak Fam shoulder the additional costs. This move is to maintain the shipping fees at the same price but with long delivery times. We were not able to upload the tracking information immediately as we have to wait for them from our partnered logistics company, however yours should be on its way or even better, has already been delivered.

However, some of the shipments that were sent were on-hold by customs due to documentation issues. With these recent changes, the team also has to adapt with it and we sincerely apologize if your package was included in this. For this, we wish to make it with you. You may use LATESHIP for $10USD OFF on your next order with us.

Most countries, like the US, Canada, and France, impose strict policies on consumable goods and the declaration of goods. To overcome this, we have partnered with distribution centers to help us decrease the shipping prices.

Shipping labels are now pre-generated and origin address will be where the facility is located since we send the shipments in  bulk to YouParcel and OSM World. Both will be responsible in forwarding the package to FEDEX/USPS for final delivery.

We have seen a rise in prices for up to 80% of the products we procure as well as export fees. Which in turn, would mean we need to increase our shipping fees however we don't want our Daebak Fam to burden the costs - hence, the team partnered with YouParcel and OSM World to provide affordable shipping rates. We hope this explains the current status of your package. 

We truly appreciate your support and understanding towards us in this tough times. We will also do our best to improve your shopping experience because YOU are Daebak, and we only wish to delivery happiness to your doorstep. 

In relation to the delay we are experiencing, the team also faces high-ticket volume and long wait time. Currently, we are short-staffed and on the process of improving our customer service and overall communication to the fam. We sincerely ask for your patience and support towards us. Rest assured, once this is all over and we got back to our usual reply timeframe, we would provide the best service that the Daebak Family must have.

As we work hard to improve our logistics and website, we offer discounted items up to 60% off. Deliveries for our Add-On Sale may take more or less 60 days. Regular Orders with add-ons will be shipped together.
