Once we ship your package, we'll send you an email with a tracking number within 5 business days. You may also find the tracking number on your order notification email (click "View your order" button).

Please also check your spam/junk folder or your "Promotions" tab if you use Gmail. You may also check within your account dashboard.

Please note, tracking may take between 72 hours and 1 week to update. In the case of Korea Post, depending on the country, tracking may show no updates once the package leaves Korea. In this case, even if the tracking number is not updated, your package will still be in transit.

Every package delivered internationally goes through customs. This process may take up to 7 days.

You have a 15-day window from the date the package was reported as delivered to contact our Customer Care Team at hello@daebak.co.

We will help you locate your package first and will ask you do a bit of investigating as well. From our experience, most of the time, the package miraculously shows up a few days later!

Account Information

For subscriptions:
To change your shipping address, go to your account dashboard -> "Manage Subscriptions" -> "My Subscriptions" -> "Edit" next to your address under "Subscription Orders".

For non-subscription (Drops, Shop) orders:
To update your address, simply go to your account dashboard, then under "Account Details" click on "View Addresses". Here you may add, delete or edit your address. Make sure the "Default" address is the address you want the box to be shipped to.

Please remember, all address changes need to be made prior to the 1st of the shipping month or in the case of Drop/Shop orders they must be changed before they are processed (usually within 24 hours). If it's not updated by then, your package will go to the default address on file.

To change your payment information:

Hit the "Log In" link and log in. Under "Account", go to "Manage Subscriptions". Click "Billing Information". Click "Update card" and enter your new payment information. Once you fill out the details, click on "Update card" to save the information.

This could be due to many reasons. Most of the time, it's because you haven't activated your account (you should've received an account activation email when you first signed up). To activate your account, click here and enter the email address you used to subscribe.

What is the GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is a new set of rules designed to give citizens of the European Union (“EU”) more control over their data. It replaces the patchwork of national data protection laws currently in place with a single set of rules, directly enforceable in each EU member state. The GDPR goes into effect on May 25, 2018.

What rights do I have with respect to my data?

Daebak Box Membership

Depending on the date, you get the box for the current season.

Orders/renewals between:

February 1st - April 30th: Spring Box

May 1st - July 31st: Summer Box

August 1st - October 31st: Fall Box

November 1st - January 31st: Winter Box

As a Daebak Box member, you'll get a surprise box of 8+ fun-filled Korean goodies ranging from K-beauty, K-pop, stationeries, fashion, and more worth over $90 USD - curated by the Daebak Team! You will receive a seasonal box four (4) times a year each season.


Seasonal Membership
If you sign up for the Seasonal Membership, you will pay $54.99* per box each season. Your subscription will automatically renew each season unless you cancel before your upcoming bill.

Annual Membership
If you sign up for the Annual Membership, you will pay $199.96* per box (save $20) upfront for your first four (4) boxes. Your subscription will automatically renew each year after your 4th box unless you cancel before your upcoming bill.

Annual Members have their boxes shipped earlier, have earlier access to and more discounts and offers on our in-between season Drop Sales and Add-ons than Seasonal Members.

**Current members are grandfathered into the original price plans ($49.99 and $179.99).

New Members

Your Daebak Box will usually ship within 1 month of order.

Existing Members (who have received at least one box) 

The Daebak Box is shipped once every season. Each box ships in March, June, September, and December and typically arrive between the 20th and the 10th (of the following month).

New Seasonal Members
If you sign up today you will be billed immediately and your Seasonal Membership will automatically renew each season for $54.99* on the seasonal billing date unless you cancel your membership.

New Annual Members
If you sign up today, you will be billed immediately for $199.96* and this covers you for four (4) Daebak Box. Your annual membership will renew each year for $199.96* in the seasonal billing month of the next subscription period following your last prepaid box unless you cancel your membership.

NEW members (new renewal dates)

You will be billed every 3 months for Seasonal or every 12 months for Annual

Existing Seasonal Members (joined before November 2020)

Since Daebak Box is a subscription, at this moment, we only offer recurring subscriptions. All memberships auto-renew but remember, you can cancel anytime, so if you just want one box, simply select the Seasonal Plan and cancel the subscription before the next renewal.

To upgrade your membership, simply login to your account using the email address you used to place the order. Cancel your current seasonal membership. Once done, simply start a new Annual Membership. Proceed to checkout to fill out the necessary details. 

Please note that it is important to cancel the Seasonal Plan. Failing to do so would result in two active subscriptions for your account.

If on the day of renewal, your payment is declined, our system will automatically continue attempting to charge your card to collect payment for a few more days.

Daebak Rewards Program

When you create an account with us, you're automatically enrolled in our Daebak Rewards Program. For every dollar you spend, you will earn 2% (excluding shipping fees and taxes) as rewards, known as Daebak Points. You can redeem your rewards for discounts or prizes.

At checkout, you will have the option to use your earned Daebak Points for discounts. Your Daebak Points expire after 6 months.

First, sign in to your account and on the bottom of the page, you will see the "Rewards" bubble where you can check your balance.

Yes, we ship globally to over 120 contries. Please check our Shipping page for the list of countries included. If your country is not listed, let us know at hello@daebak.co.

Yes. Daebak offers worldwide free shipping on orders over $70 USD

All the orders are processed between Monday and Friday KST (Korean standard time). When order has been completed you will be able to track it throug your account page if you have one. Regarding the shiping time itmay very depending on courier service, country and other external factors.
