With groups like SEVENTEEN, TWICE, and Stray Kids having toured across the U.S. this past year, it is no surprise that fans from around the country flocked to their shows and kept an eye out for the many places their idols stopped at along the way.

5 Best Places in the US for Kpop Fans

1. Chicago Riverwalk

When J-hope was in the U.S. this past summer for Lollapalooza, or as Army’s called it, Hobipalooza, one of the stops he made during his free time was the Chicago Riverwalk.

Since his visit, many fans have taken the opportunity to stop by many of the same restaurants and scenic locations as him and mimic the pictures he took there.

You can find the red tables pictured above on the walkway for Beat Kitchen on the Riverwalk!

2. Sepulveda Dam

This landmark is located in LA's San Fernando Valley and is primarily recognized as the backdrop for BTS's 'ON' music video & Kinetic Manifesto Film.

Since the music video was released and the filming location was revealed, Army's around the world have flocked to LA to take pictures in the same spots shown in the MV and have even filmed covers of the 'ON' dance there, making for some picturesque dance covers!

3. The Vessel

The Vessel is an interactive art installation located in New York City. It comprises 154 flights of interconnected stairs and offers fantastic views of the city and river.

Most notably, idol group SEVENTEEN included their trip to the Vessel in an episode of their popular variety series ‘Going Seventeen,’ which pictures members Woozi, Vernon, Jeonghan, and DK climbing the structure.

While the Vessel is temporarily closed, you can still access the ground level for free Monday through Saturday from 10 am-8 pm and Sunday from 11 am-7 pm.

4. Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA)

Aside from holding their annual Art+Film Gala this past November, where their guest list boasted celebrities like Blackpink's Rosé and Korean filmmaker Park Chan-wook, the museum has also continued to welcome several kpop idols throughout the years.

STAYC's Isa, EXID's Solji, and Blackpink's Lisa have all been seen visiting the museum on separate occasions, and BTS' RM even lent his voice to the museum's "The Space Between: The Modern in Korean Art" exhibit.

5. Santa Monica Pier

Shinee's Taemin, NCT 127, Apink, and many other idols and idol groups have stopped by the Santa Monica pier while touring in LA.

With being known as one of LA's most famous beach towns and home to the classic Route 66 road marker, it's no surprise that idols come here to enjoy the California scenery and take aesthetic pictures to share with their fans while on tour in the U.S.A.
