HOW TO USE:
1. Shake well before use to mix the two phases together.
2. Soak a cotton pad with a small amount.
3. Gently wipe the eye and mouth areas.

CAUTIONS FOR USE
1. Should the following symptoms occur during use, suspend use immediately. If symptoms persist, consult a dermatologist.
a) Redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, etc.
b) Symptoms above that occur after exposure to direct sunlight
2. Do not use on wounds or other areas of skin irritation.
